If you order to go and eat it in your vehicle on the premises then go back for a tea refill maybe 20 minutes later should you pay for refills? Felt cheap after seeing customers and the waitress staring though the window at me when I was leaving

Ok next time I’m in the area I’ll be sure to repay them not sensitive at all just always pay my way. Btw I left a two dollar tip for a to go order. Guessing that was wrong also. Don’t get me wrong the food was good and actually ate there twice that day. Also Mr Wren who are you to pass judgement? Look in the mirror before judging others.
